MY MAIN QUEST/MY SIDE LIFE QUESTS
I
am taking a break from doing a specific quest. There are a few things
going on that are preventing me from doing specific things (more on that
when I can speak about it). However, I am still trying to stay the
course and will keep Battle Logs going. I've also been taking a break
from audiobooks for a bit.

- No gym (according to my UP app), but moved a total of 13,517 steps
- Slept 6 hours and 41 minutes

Tuesday (Day 51):
- Okay on the diet, didn't keep track of calories
- Gym and moved a total of 14,092 steps
- Slept 6 hours and 53 minutes
Wednesday (Day 52):
- Okay on the diet, didn't keep track of calories
- No gym and moved a total of 13,093 steps
- Slept 7 hours and 58 minutes
Thursday (Day 53):
- Okay on the diet, didn't keep track of calories
- Gym and moved a total of 13,567 steps
- Slept 7 hours and 18 minutes
Friday (Day 54):
- Okay on the diet, didn't keep track of calories
- No gym, but moved 13,282 steps
- Slept 6 hours and 57 minutes
Saturday (Day 55):
- Okay on the diet, didn't keep track of calories
- No gym, but moved a total of 6,579 steps
- Slept 6 hours and 35 minutes
Sunday (Day 56):
- Okay on the diet, didn't keep track of calories
- No gym, but moved a total of 17,189 steps while doing a 5K
- Slept 6 hours and 25 minutes
End of the week recap:
- I have fallen a bit off the wagon. I haven't been good about tracking calories.
- I didn't make it to the gym for no real reason, but did walk a 5K
- Met sleep goal on 2/7 days
