Fitness Adventures: - Week 14 - In Between Challenges - Battle Log 1

I am taking a break from doing a specific quest. There are a few things going on that are preventing me from doing specific things (more on that when I can speak about it). However, I am still trying to stay the course and will keep Battle Logs going. I've also been taking a break from audiobooks for a bit.

Monday (Day 43):
  • Okay on the diet, didn't keep track of calories
  • No gym (according to my UP app), but moved a total of 15,248 steps
  • Slept 7 hours and 42 minutes (according to my UP app).
Tuesday (Day 44):
  • Okay on the diet, 821 calories
  • Gym and moved a total of 13,988 steps
  • Slept 7 hours and 15 minutes
Wednesday (Day 45):
  • Okay on the diet, 819 calories
  • Gym and moved a total of 12,484 steps
  • Slept 6 hours and 47 minutes
Thursday (Day 46):
  • Okay on the diet, didn't keep track of calories
  • No gym, but moved a total of 12,489 steps
  • Slept 6 hours and 12 minutes
Friday (Day 47):
  • Okay on the diet, didn't keep track of calories
  • No gym, but moved 13,184 steps
  • Slept 8 hours and 35 minutes
Saturday (Day 48):
  • Okay on the diet, didn't keep track of calories
  • No gym, but moved a total of 7,260 steps
  • Slept 5 hours and 38 minutes

 End of the week recap:
  • I have fallen a bit off the wagon. I haven't been good about tracking calories.
  • I didn't make it to the gym for no real reason
