Fitness Adventures: - Week 16 - In Between Challenges - Battle Log 3

I am taking a break from doing a specific quest. There are a few things going on that are preventing me from doing specific things (more on that when I can speak about it). However, I am still trying to stay the course and will keep Battle Logs going. I've also been taking a break from audiobooks for a bit.

  • Okay on the diet, didn't keep track of calories
  • No gym and moved a total of 12,333 steps
  • Slept 6 hours and 49 minutes
Wednesday (Day 60):
  • Okay on the diet, didn't keep track of calories
  • No gym and moved a total of 12,622 steps
  • Slept 7 hours and 19 minutes
Thursday (Day 61):
  • Okay on the diet, didn't keep track of calories
  • No gym, but moved a total of 13,874 steps
  • Slept 6 hours and 23 minutes
Friday (Day 62):
  • Okay on the diet, didn't keep track of calories
  • No gym, but moved 12,117 steps
  • Slept 6 hours and 23 minutes
Saturday (Day 63):
  • Okay on the diet, didn't keep track of calories
  • No gym, but moved a total of 10,998 steps

  • I have fallen a bit off the wagon. I haven't been good about tracking calories.
