Fitness Adventures: Battle Log - Week 2

MY MAIN QUEST:  Over the next 6 weeks, I would like to healthly drop one size which is roughly about 10-15 pounds for me. In order to accomplish this, I plan to:
  • Stick to my diet (I am doing 4 Hour Body diet)
  • Go to the gym 4x a week (stretch/cardio every day and slowly add in weights)
  • Sleep a minimum of 7 hours a night.
  • Read 10 books via audiobook, ebook and regular book. 2 of them need to be non-fiction because I tend to be more of a fiction girl and 2 need to be a classic because I tend to read newer stuff.
Week 2 Friday Selfie: Goes good with Soylent Green
Monday (Day 8):
  • Diet was good (no candy since day 2 of diet!)
  • Went to the gym and (according to my UP app) moved a total of 7,489 steps
  • Slept 7 hours and 59 minutes (according to my UP app)
Tuesday (Day 9):
  • I started keeping track of food on my UP app, calories consumed: 1,246
  • Went to the gym and moved a total of 7,698 steps
  • Slept 7 hours and 28 minutes

Wednesday (Day 10):
  • Good on the diet, calories consumed: 1,547
  • Went to the gym and moved a total of 9,024
  • Slept 7 hours and 12 minutes

Thursday (Day 11):
  • Good on the diet, calories consumed: 1,205
  • Went to the gym and moved a total of 7,533 steps
  • Slept 7 hours and 11 minutes
Friday (Day 12):
  • Good on the diet, calories consumed: 1,366
  • Didn't go to the gym, but moved a total of 5,198 steps
  • Slept 7 hours and 29 minutes

Saturday (Day 13):
  • This was my cheat day, but only cheated for a meal. I had a Reuben and side salad at a restaurant, calories consumed: 1,164
  • No gym, but parked far and did extra walking when I went to dinner and a movie with a friend (300 sequel which was fun, but not as good as the original) moved a total of 7,076 steps
  • Slept 7 hours and 43 minutes (No naps taken)

Sunday (Day 14):
  • Good on the diet, calories consumed: 1079
  • No gym, but went for a walk to the library and did chores around the house, moved a total of 6532 steps
  • Slept 8 hours and 37 minutes (No naps taken)

MY SIDE QUEST (4/10 done) (1/2 classics) (0/2 Non-Fic)
  • I finished "Husband's Secret" by Liane Moriarty (audiobook) [Recommend highly, by the way]
  • Started "Notes from a Small Island" by Bill Bryson (audiobook) which is both a non-fiction and on the BBC Big Reads list
  • I have finished two more chapters of "Bourne Identity" by Robert Ludlum (Kindle) at 65%
 End of the week recap:
  • Good on the eating. No candy in 12 days. Have carrots and nuts to snack on at work and gum when I am wanting something sweet
  • All four days at the gym this week
  • Met sleep goal on 7/7 days
  • On track for reading. Should finish Notes on Monday. I have a non-fic book ready to go as well.
  • I have lost 10 pounds total.
  • This week measurements DECREASED by:
    • Waist - No Change
    • Hips - .5"
    • Bust - 2"
    • Underbust - No change
  • Grand Total Measurements DECREASED by:
    • Waist - 1.5"
    • Hips - 1"
    • Bust - 2"
    • Underbust - 1"
